Mike is Co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Nicolet National Bank, Green Bay, Wisconsin. Founded in 2000, Nicolet’s total banking and investment assets under management exceed $1 billion. Prior to forming Nicolet, Mike was a Senior Vice President with Associated Bank Green Bay (1995-1999) and President & CEO of Effingham Bank & Trust, Rincon, GA (1993-1995). A graduate of St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, Mike currently resides with his family in Green Bay, Wisconsin. |

Duane is President of Trustmark Wealth Management and Trustmark Central Region. Based in Jackson, Mississippi, Duane’s 620-member organization oversees $12 billion in financial assets for private and institutional clients. In addition, they provide comprehensive financial planning, brokerage, banking, trust and lending services to their clientele. Prior to assuming his current position, Duane was the Managing Director and Senior Vice President for Cincinnati, Ohio based Provident Financial Advisors (1997-2003), and Senior Vice President and Manager for the NationsBank Private Client Group in Washington, DC and Dallas, Texas (1985-1997). Prior to entering the financial services industry, Duane played professional baseball in the Kansas City Royals organization. Duane earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Finance at Louisiana State University. Duane currently resides with his family in Jackson, Mississippi. |

Dan is a senior partner in the law firm of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP, where his practice focuses on wealth management, succession and estate planning, trust and probate law, nonprofit and charitable organizations, family businesses, elder law and guardianships, estate and gift taxation, charitable giving and probate court litigation. Dan is a former president of both the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association, Cincinnati Chapter. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, National Conference for Community and Justice, Cincinnati Institute of Fine Arts and the Federal Bar Association, Cincinnati Chapter. Dan earned his bachelor's degree from Harvard College and law degree in 1976 from the University of Virginia Law School. Dan and his family reside in Cincinnati, Ohio. |
