Michael Daniels

Mike is Co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Nicolet National Bank, Green Bay, Wisconsin. Founded in 2000, Nicolet’s total banking and investment assets under management exceed $1 billion. Prior to forming Nicolet, Mike was a Senior Vice President with Associated Bank Green Bay (1995-1999) and President & CEO of Effingham Bank & Trust, Rincon, GA (1993-1995). A graduate of St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, Mike currently resides with his family in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Duane Dewey, CFP®

Duane is President of Trustmark Wealth Management and Trustmark Central Region. Based in Jackson, Mississippi, Duane’s 620-member organization oversees $12 billion in financial assets for private and institutional clients. In addition, they provide comprehensive financial planning, brokerage, banking, trust and lending services to their clientele. Prior to assuming his current position, Duane was the Managing Director and Senior Vice President for Cincinnati, Ohio based Provident Financial Advisors (1997-2003), and Senior Vice President and Manager for the NationsBank Private Client Group in Washington, DC and Dallas, Texas (1985-1997). Prior to entering the financial services industry, Duane played professional baseball in the Kansas City Royals organization. Duane earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Finance at Louisiana State University. Duane currently resides with his family in Jackson, Mississippi.

Daniel Hoffheimer, JD

Dan is a senior partner in the law firm of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP, where his practice focuses on wealth management, succession and estate planning, trust and probate law, nonprofit and charitable organizations, family businesses, elder law and guardianships, estate and gift taxation, charitable giving and probate court litigation. Dan is a former president of both the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association, Cincinnati Chapter. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, National Conference for Community and Justice, Cincinnati Institute of Fine Arts and the Federal Bar Association, Cincinnati Chapter. Dan earned his bachelor's degree from Harvard College and law degree in 1976 from the University of Virginia Law School. Dan and his family reside in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Michael Jackson

Michael is Nike, Incorporated’s U.S. General Manager of Basketball. Based in Portland, Oregon, Michael is responsible for all of Nike Basketball’s products, operations and marketing nationally. Prior to his current employment, Michael served as President of YankeeNets Media, LLC and as the Executive Vice President of YankeeNets, LLC (2000-2001). Previously Michael served as a senior executive with Turner Sports (1994-2000) and the United States Olympic Committee (1991-1994). Michael also played professional basketball in the NBA for the Sacramento Kings (1987-1990). A graduate of Georgetown University, Michael is a past member of the university’s Board of Regents. Michael divides his time between Portland and Asheville, North Carolina.

William Swift, JD, MLT, CPA

Bill is the Chief Financial Officer for Enterprise Integration, Inc., a management and business process consulting company based in Alexandria, Virginia. Prior to his current employment, Bill served as Primark Corporation Senior Vice President of Corporate Development (1999-2001) and as its Tax Counsel (1986-1999). Bill was also a Manager at Arthur Andersen (1983-1986) and practiced law in Washington DC (1979-1982). Bill earned his Master in Taxation at Georgetown University Law Center, his law degree at Marshall-Wythe School of Law at William & Mary, and his undergraduate degree at Georgetown University. Bill and his family reside in Sterling, Virginia.

Kathleen Young

Kathy is a professional with the $33 billion Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in Seattle, Washington. Prior to joining the Gates Foundation in 1997, Kathy worked for the Paul Allen Group (the personal investment vehicle for Paul G. Allen, co-founder of Microsoft) for three years. Before relocating to Seattle in 1994, Kathy spent 10 years in the Washington D.C. area working for the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce and a residential building firm based in Bethesda, Maryland. Kathy, a graduate of Illinois's Parkland College, now resides in Kirkland, Washington.

In addition to our experienced professional team, Madison's clients benefit from the collective wisdom of our highly regarded Advisory Board. These talented individuals serve on a volunteer basis and provide general guidance to the firm's management team. Their insights help us to better lead the firm and serve the wealth management needs of our clients. The Advisory Board is not a formal board with formal oversight responsibility, its members serve on a volunteer basis and are not involved in the firm's day-to-day operations or decision-making.
