Madison Wealth Management Gives to Loudoun Impact Fund
For the third consecutive year, Madison has participated in the Loudoun Impact Fund (LIF), a “giving circle” of individuals and businesses who pool funds and collaborate to provide grants for philanthropic purposes. LIF focuses on investing strategically in Loudoun County, Virginia to support the needs of families and children and promote education, the arts and the environment.
In addition to Madison, other businesses and institutional funders in this year’s giving circle included AllTranspack Inc, AHT Insurance, The Life Centre, John Marshall Bank, Fortessa Tableware/Integrus Holdings and the Claude Moore Charitable Foundation.
Madison served as co-host of the membership kickoff event this year. We are proud to report that giving jumped from $64,500 in 2015 to over $96,000 this year, marking the largest pool of funding distributed since LIF’s inception in 2012. To date, LIF has granted $261,725 to support critical needs within the county.
10 local charities primarily benefiting Loudoun’s elderly and youth received $96,725 in grants from LIF for the 2016 giving season.
