Wealth Manager Magazine – Top wealth manager firms: To be eligible for the Top Wealth Manager ranking, companies must be registered investment advisors, report more than $50 million in assets under advisement, have predominantly individual clients and offer financial planning services. Wealth manager ranks organizations that meet these criteria by the size of their average client relationship, not by total assets, in order to highlight the firms with the wealthiest clientele. The firms must have assets between $250m and $2bn. This award does not evaluate the quality of services provided to clients and is not indicative of the practice’s future performance. AdvisoryHQ: The selection methodology applies certain initial criteria to a list of advisers and wealth managers developed by AdvisoryHQ through public sources. This initial criteria includes: fee structure; fiduciary duty; independence; and scale of innovation. After limiting the initial list using this criteria, AdvisoryHQ utilizes the following final selection filters: resource availability; experience level; transparency; customized service; quality of website; open door policy; and audience. The AdvisoryHQ recognition should not be construed by a client or a prospective client as a guarantee that he/she will experience a certain level of results if Madison is engaged; nor should it be construed as a current or past endorsement of Madison by any of its clients. Investment performance is not a criteria for the recognition and the recognition is not indicative of Madison’s future performance. Madison did not pay a fee for this recognition.
